I have been a small business owner in Woodbridge, NJ for the past 25years and I understand the needs of both personal and commercial lines.

The most rewarding part of being a State farm Agent is the friendships and relationships I have formed with many of my policyholders throughout my 25years. When I first opened my Agency in Woodbridge, NJ in 2000, I met many new policyholders just starting out in life much like myself. I have seen many of them grow up, get married, have children, and navigate through the rewards and challenges of life.

Today, I am a husband and the proud father of two quickly growing children, Matthew (15) and McKenna (13) and our dog Scout (5). We try to be a pretty active bunch as I thoroughly enjoy the outdoors. A great deal of our time together is spent at the beach in the summer or skiing in the winter. We love swimming biking, hiking, and walking the dog as a family. My own personal interests include running, weightlifting, biking, and skiing. In the recent past I have entered Spartan Races, triathlons, and various running events. I am also involved in coaching my son’s baseball team.

The most important lesson I have learned over the years is that life moves very fast, time is a precious, and the importance of a strong family bond. I use these lessons whenever I discuss insurance needs with policyholders. It helps me better relate and understand their current position in life. As your life changes so do your insurance needs.

Although older now, I feel just as rewarded is when I stared in my late 20’s as I continue to foster long term relationships and develop new ones. The biggest compliment I get is when a policyholder’s son or daughter decide to continue our relationship and uses my Agency for their future insurance needs.

The Township of Woodbridge is the oldest original township in the state of New Jersey. It was settled in the early autumn of 1664 and was granted a charter on June 1, 1669 by King Charles of England.

What may be said to be the first antislavery meeting ever held in the United States was held in Woodbridge on the 4th of July, 1783, seven years after the Declaration of Independence and 6 years before George Washington was inaugurated as President of the United States.

Woodbridge is universally known for its fine clay deposits and its by-products, brick. In 1859, it was said that material for 80 million fire bricks was at that time being sent annually to the market from Woodbridge.

In 1929, the nation's first Safety Engineered Super Highway intersection was built at the intersection of U.S. Route 1 and NJ Route 35 in Woodbridge. This was the first such intersection built in the United States or the world. It was known as the Woodbridge Cloverleaf.

Woodbridge Center, located between U.S. Routes 1 and 9, is one of the largest two-level enclosed shopping malls in the East. Opened in 1971, it has 1,500,000 square feet of retail space.

The $2.6 million Woodbridge Metropark, providing high speed train service from Boston to Washington, opened in 1971

The Arts Center, located on Rahway Avenue, is listed in the National Historic Registry. The Center, which housed the first library in Woodbridge, was gifted to the township and was built in 1877.

With a population of 106,000 residents and burgeoning industrial retail service, transportation and professional growth, Woodbridge is the fifth largest municipality in New Jersey and the center of progress and activity for Central Jersey.
